Given that it's the CBD, there are a number of places close around 11 p.m. However there are a number of very cool bars up on the 5th floor which stay open much later even on a week night.

Marunouchi is a business district located between Tokyo Central Station and Imperial Palace. Is a very quiet and relaxing area, offering great restaurants and stores. Is one of my favourite area in Tokyo.

A wonderful area to enjoy the atmosphere of wealth and luxury in Tokyo. A sense of calm throughout with plenty of boutique shops at ground level of many business skyscrapers

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
