Neighbourhood: Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.

A quick stop early morning on route to Tokyo Tower. Beautiful temple which is still in daily worship.

They have a “treasures”
Of section which we didn’t visit as we were too early for opening but will return to!

Not as big as Menju Ji or Senjo Ji (hope I spelt them correctly). But worth a visit just the same.

I like to stop by here whenever in the neighborhood. The many, many jizo statues are very special. Also, can enter into an area where you can observe Buddhist chanting and buy many nice souvenirs (incense, good luck charms, etc.)

Nice location
Only 5min from Daimon station and Hamamatsucho station.
Near Tokyo tower and Tokyo prince hotel

I recommend it
If you have one hour before you go to Haneda airport, you should go

都心のオアシスだと思います。のんびりできます。浜松町、大門駅から5分位なので羽田に行く前に立ち寄るのも良いと思います。

This is a beautiful shrine and much less crowded than some of the others we visited, there is an adjacent Mausoleum and also a prayer gate as you enter the complex

it is very close to the Tokyo Tower if you want to combine the visit

This is one of the must visiting temples in Tokyo !

Much more than beautiful buildings or nice gardens, this Place is about peace and reflection, just as all temples should be.

Take more than pictures, take a time for you.

medium size temple close to the Tokyo Tower - pretty during the Star Festival on 7/7 as at night it is all lighted up with small lanterns - very crowded though.
