We walked and found this place by coincidence. We were able to walk-in and join the workshop without any prior reservation. It was a wonderful experience making hand-crafted paper. Got four beautiful post cards.

Thank you for coming to our workshop! Our store is hard to find, but we're glad that you noticed our signboard! We are really happy that you participated in the workshop and that traditional Japanese paper is traveling across the ocean to different countries. Thank you again for coming and hope see you again ;)

Excellent do it if you are in Tokyo :)
Great relaxing space, helpful teacher and very pleasant staff.
Lots of lovely paper and envelopes to purchase. I made some plain paper but you can make colored for a few extra yen.

Kazu was an amazing instructor, the paper making class takes around one hour and it’s a great way to learn about Japanese paper making and its history. Plus you get to keep and use the paper you make!
