You hotel us on the Nissaki-Dori. Opposite is a park. Exit the hotel, turn right walk away from Narita station, towards the Nagoya tv tower, you’ll see it as you get closer. It’s a 15 minute walk. Watch out for the blue coloured oval structure on top of a tall building. Sakae has a twin boulevard with a park in the middle. Cross it and you’ve walked too far.

You need take subway to there. Please take higashiyama line (Yellow Line) to the sakae station from Nagoya main station.

From Nagoya port you can simply take the Meiko/Meijo Line subway and it brings you straight to Sakae station. The subway station at the port is Nagoyako station where you catch purple Maiko line train, stay on it and it will turn into the "Meijo" line and goes to Sakae station, usually where everyone gets off.

You are correct. The Meijo/Meiko Line Subway Line will take you to to Nagoyako Station and a short walk to the cruise terminal. If you planned on visiting the aquarium, try going early as it can gets crowded. Admission closes an hour before 5pm/5.30pm on days. Or take a peek into the Fuji icebreaker if you have not been inside a ship although entry price is pretty x otherwise, enjoy the sunset. We felt that this place is more for kids.
