The history of the mill and the contents of the museum are just so exceptional in telling the story of rural Ayrshire life. One visit is not enough.

Visited on a number of occasions and I have always been impressed with the owner/curator's enthusiasm and the eclectic mix of Ayrshire history that he has assembled. It is definitely worth a visit, lovely setting, good little cafeteria and great for a day out.

I took my grandmother here today. Fantastic museum and lovely tea room. Great tea and coffee with brilliant service from Nicole and Martha who were both very helpful.
