we visited in 2015 on a warm march day during spring break. we made it a day trip from park city, utah.(dry was not too bad) the hike up wasn't too bad except for the last 50 yards or so. the trail narrows to a 'cliff like trail' and the width is about 5-7ft across. those that are scared of... We were there in peak winter...but nature was kind to gift us with 50's for a couple of days during the president's day weekend and we made the most of it! This is a wonderful hike (the climb on the rock face was especially fantastic and the kids loved it). The hike made it all the more dear! Make sure... More

We stopped here on a hot day in August. The 1.5 mile-or-so hike up the hill to get to this arch is well worth it. Just bring enough water. Once there, the views are amazing. But be careful, there are no supports anywhere, and if you slid down the rock in any direction, it'll be a long way down.

Delicate Arch is the most recognizable arch in Arches National Park, and perhaps anywhere in the world. It is so famous that Utah has been printing it on the state's license plates. So you don't need to guess, it is one of the busiest hikes at Arches no matter what time of the day (when the sun hasn't come out... More

Amazing feature to experience. Go for the hike as well. It gets a little busy - it seems like Moab and the surrounding area has been discovered. If you go between Christmas and the end of February it will be a little cool, but on a bright sunny day less crowed and beautiful. When you go, consider getting a driving... More

The hike to Delicate Arch is steep and over uneven rocks in several places. Be sure to take a couple of water bottles per person, more water on a hot day. The view at the top is incredible and you will want your camera. During busy tourist times, the trail to the arch and the viewing area can be very... More

So worth the hike. Me and my husband started off bit late around 7 am and thankfully there were lesser people around when we reached the destination. it was so beautiful, we were awestruck. It was much more bigger than we imagined. Hike was pretty comfortable for us in last week of November, wasn't too cold either.

This hike is a little difficult, but oh so worth it. When you finally get to delicate arch you will be blown away (sometimes almost literally, the wind is very strong). We recommend bringing plenty of water, sunscreen, and chapstick. There are places along the trail that get a little narrow, but never dangerous. You will probably have to wait... More

One of the best arches in the park in my opinion, the trail hike there is pretty amazing seeing all the red rock formations.
