This trail is about 8 mile long and starts by taking you along the northern rim. Great view from Bryce Canyon from up above. Then it goes down, down and down inside the canyon and you got to see the stone formations very close up....More

This loop is the best way to see the canyon from inside, but it is not that easy. During the day it is very hot, so sunscreen and lots of water is strongly recommended.

We opted not to do the entire loop, but just took this trail to the Tower Bridge because of the heat. It's a nice introduction to Bryce and the beautiful rock formations. We also chose this hike because we wanted to avoid the crowds. Realize...More

The fairyland loop is one of the longer options. The hike itself goes up and down quite a bit which is nice to keep the blood pumping. Scenery is pretty but now my favorite

We had been to Bryce several times and had always hiked into and across the Amphitheatre, but we had hitherto never hiked the roughly eight-mile Fairyland loop. No sooner had we parked - you access the dedicated parking lot (smallish) at Fairyland Point for the...More

I'd been to Bryce before but never tried the full 8 mile Fairyland Loop. Wow! The middle section in particular is spectacular, words can't describe. There is a section where you walk a ridge with two amphitheaters of formations on either side. This is a...More

I'm an avid backpacker and I enjoyed this trail. Left early in the morning so I didn't see anybody until I was almost finished. Felt like I was in a different world. Was great!

I spent a week at Bryce recently and did this trail twice, so much I liked it. My recommendation would be to start early in the morning to avoid the crowds and the heat. The trail is fantastic. Awesome views of the hooddos.

We hiked the Navajo / Queen's Garden Loop, Peekaboo loop, and Fairyland Loop in June 2017. The Fairyland Loop was our second favorite after the Navajo / Queen's Garden Loop. One of the best parts of the trail is that is much less crowded than...More

This was a great 8-mile loop that took us through some amazing scenery while we visited Bryce Canyon. The hoodoos, mesas, and trees were, as the trail name suggests, like something out of a fairy tale. As I kept saying throughout our trip, having lived...More

Took me about 4hours but I stopped to take many photos, stopped to rest several times. The heat slowed m down in cooler weather it would be easier. I recommend starting at the Fairyland trailhead (which is unmarked if going... More

Also, since there are no lights at night near the rim, there will be many places near the rim to see and photograph the Milky Way with no light interference.

Hello! The Tower Bridge hike is extremely strenuous, and you barely get to see much of the hoodoos. I would recommend a small portion of the Rim Trail that begins at the parking lot at Fairyland Point.
