Sunset Point may be a great place to take pictures at suset, but we were there mid day and were happy with the views and pictures turned out great.

It was spectacular when we arrived at mid day. Others told us the colors of the rock formations and hoodoos take on a subtle shift from peach to reddish brown as sunset approaches. There are two excellent medium difficulty trails to hike nearby from this...More

The canyons change colors as the sun sets and create the most majestic views of the canyons. If you travel during peak season be sure to get there in advance because parking lots fill up for this spectacular view.

Sunset Point is fasinating to view any time of the day. There were not too many visitors in October which was great. If you can go to these parks in early spring or fall, I believe it will be an enjoyable experience without the crowds.

I have been here 3 times and I think this is the best view point. You can also take the Novajo hike or Queens or Peekaboo trail.

Came here twice. Loved it both times, despite the crowds. No better view of the hoodoos than here in my opinion....especially at sunset.

A nice viewpoint with parking (and the Lodge at Bryce Canyon) close. Forms part of the Rim trail. There are benches if you need a rest to contemplate nature. Despite the name, it is also a good place to watch the sunrise.

The sunset actually made the tips look like they were on fire! An awesome view and aptly named! Our last stop out and this stop accented the day!

Fantastic viewpoint for sunrise and sunset that gives you a panoramic view of the amphitheater. It really lets you see how the hoodoos glow during twilight.
