There is no way to adequately describe the natural, intricately carved rock formations and hoodoos you see from inspiration point. Even my photographs do not do justice. Go to the internet and see some of the professional pictures and you are part way there. You...More

This is a spectacular view any time of year, but especially when there is just a bit of snow as contrast. You just can't go wrong with any place in Bryce Canyon, but this is one of my favorite camera places.

Quite a steep hike but well worth doing it! My husband and I hiked and and then continued on over to sunset point. The other two in our party chose to view it from the lower level and they still had a wonderful view!

The drive out to inspiration point has new viewpoints to enjoy along the way. The point has a great view of the amphitheater.

Certainly one of the most magnificent areas of Bryce Canyon National Park. Accessible from the Rim Walk.

After having visited all the viewpoints we felt that inspiration was the best especially in the morning light. It is worth climbing to the third and uppermost section of this viewpoint. Like Bryce viewpoint you get sweeping views of the amphitheater.

Inspiration Point actually overlooks areas on the Navajo/Queens Garden Trail, but it is actually about 1 mi. south of the trailhead at Sunset Point along the Rim Trail. You access that loop trail (and the even more amazing... More
