The rim trail you can do. This trail is a great starting place to see the South Village while you look over into the Grand Canyon.

The trail is flat and an easy walk for all ages and abilities. You will get amazing views of the Grand Canyon from different perspectives as you stroll along

This is an easy and nice asphalt trail that follows the rim of the canyon. I think it’s a fantastic way to see so much of he canyon at your own pace. Each lookout offers a new view and something exciting to see. Of course...More

Such an easy way to see so much of the canyon! The view points are great, but the rim trail itself has fantastic views all along it! Our favorite pictures are from along the trail, where there were very few people, so it was quiet...More

I am always stunned by the beauty of this place. I have bean here several times. And although the first time is always the most remembered I am overwhelmed by beauty, majesty and endlessness of this place every single time I come back here.

We entered the park through the East entrance, found parking easily (about 10 am) in early October and began our hike on the Rim Trail. The first mile or so was elbow to elbow tourists, many taking unnecessary chances by climbing out onto overhanging rocks...More

First time at the grand canyon and it does not disappoint. A really easy going trail with plenty of views and places to stop. There are some views with guard rails and others that leave you “hanging”. Awesome day.
