This is a must do when going to and from the various places within Olympic National Park. The scenic drive is relaxing and picturesque. There are plenty of places to pull over and enjoy the vistas. Must do!

This road is the only road that connects the different portions of Olympia National Park. We were unaware of that there were no interconnecting roads inside of the park. HWY 101 is the only road that loops around the park. It can take hours to...More

When we came here we had done our homework, but still did not know what to expect. We enjoyed the varied scenery and are so glad to have experienced another part of our great country.

It is a long drive and to see anything interesting you have to take long routes of the main highway to get to them. I prefer to drive more along the coast like in Oregon and California. The highway is in good shape and well...More

Its definitely worth the trip but give it a few days so you can do there is all to do there ie, hiking the Hoh trail, or the tidal pools or Ruby beach. If camping be prepared for all types of weather

It really depends on what you like to do. This park is very diverse and doing 2-3 days you really wouldn't experience much, like hiking, vistas etc. But if all you have is 3 days, go for it and see what you see. Maybe... More
