First stop for us going into Shenandoah National Park. Very helpful rangers gave us detailed maps of hikes we were interested in, and other local info.

Most of the people we have seen here during two times into the park are picnicing. And of course using the restroom facilities. Rangers do have great personalities in this park.

The ranger station had everything you needed. Except for food. But the Rangers are the Highlight. They are such a dedicated staff and spending an enormously long time with each person helping you plan out your visit to the best possible way for your group....More

A good visitor center with a great picnic area with awesome views. We took the Snead Farm trail and hiked about 3 miles and even saw a bear.

Lots of information and history about the park. Great place to have a picnic, walk around and enjoy nature. A gift shop with something for everyone. Restrooms also.

My husband & I stopped here on our Skyline Drive, I wanted to get some post cards and a souvenir shirt. I was disappointed in the selection for women, I expected more. The view from there is gorgeous though.

Nice place to stop to use the restroom. Talk to staff to get info on the park. Buying souvenirs, makes good sense to buy the $35 individual Shenandoah National Park Annual Membership and save 20% on what you purchase in the park for a year....More
