Really hard hike. But worth it to see the beautiful views at the top! Chipmonks and squirrels at the top too which will come and greet you. No toilets on the trail or at the top, so use the ones at the bottom before you...More

Hike starts out as a wide path and starts heading uphill quickly. The temperature was 34 degrees F when we hiked, but you start shedding layers quickly. As you walk back farther into the trail the switchbacks start and it gets much steeper. Once you...More

We’ve hiked Angels Landing a few times before and it is definitely not for the faint of heart but I’ve never felt unsafe hiking it. I read on a blog that hiking it at night was one of the best hikes in Utah so we...More

This is a serious hike!! Absolutely no fear of heights, no fear of narrow ledges above dramatic drops with no guards, good upper body strength, general good physical health and good agility. You will need to be able to hoist your body up using the...More

We’ve done this hike several times before, never going to Angels Landing as neither of us like heights nad have nothing prove by scaring ourselves. To avoid parking problems on our early January visit we started out at the lodge where we were staying doing...More

Fantastic hike! Maybe the best of my life and I’ve done a few. The Narrows is equally as good, and both in Zion!!! Angel’s landing is much more difficult but just a blast. Train hard and you can do it! Worshipping Jesus at the top...More

Have hiked this from the bottom, and it's a great hike. Also, then hiked to Cable Mountain, looking DOWN on Angels Landing. Quite a view from above.

This is a strenuous hike and not for those who are afraid of heights. The last part of the climb is along a narrow precipice that requires you to hang on to chains. There is a sheer drop on either side and you must have...More

Not for the faint of heart, but worth every step. Highly recommend this hike in the spring or fall, as the summer months are hot, and there isn't much shade on the trail. Don't forget plenty of water and some snacks, sunscreen and a camera!

Firstly before planning to attempt this hike, one has to be prepared mentally than physically, obviously some lunges and running will get one to the top with shaking legs and burning shins, but mental toughness is what this hike demands. As far as getting there...More

In June you’ll be able to pickup the shuttle in Springdale that will take you into the park. You can then ride the shuttle from the visitors center to the trailhead. You’ll just want to double check when the first shuttle... More
