One of the most spectacular sights we’ve been to. The drive into the park from Hwy 89 was fantastic. We took the shuttle, quick and easy, into the canyon and hiked the Emerald Pools. I would suggest hiking boots if you plan on going to...More

Overall, a wonderful experience. The first day we took the shuttle bus from the Visitor’s Center all the way around the loop. It is a hop-on, hop-off bus that stops every 15 minutes. Very convenient and orients one to all the Park has to offer....More

We were in the park today and had a glorious time. Took the Springdale shuttle right to the park entrance and then the park shuttle. We’re so glad we did not drive there. No parking available and numerous signs telling drivers to go back into...More

Drive through the tunnel and park on the other side. Cars are allowed over there. The hike took my kids and I less than 2 hours round trip and it only took that long because we stopped so many times to take pictures and then...More

All four of us enjoyed all driving all around the area and loved the idea of being able to pull over and take photos of the dramatic views.

This was definitely worth the drive. Cannot even begin to describe how beautiful it was! It was so neat how you were so close to the formations and Zion's rocks are different from Arches and Canyon Land. Definitely recommend!

We took the shuttle bus for the Scenic drive when we visited Zion. The wait for the shuttle bus was super long at the park entrance. We took the Pa’rus Trail to walk to the Canyon Junction station to avoid the crowd. Pa’rus is a...More

Zion is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen whether in the US or International in terms of hiking views. The drive throughout the park is a nice break for your legs after a long few days of hiking or if you just...More

I also have a fear of heights to the point of vertigo but I'm glad I did it. My husband was driving and I closed my eyes on some turns. We were staying on the other end of the drive and we ended up doing the drive several... More

I've no idea about the proposed delay, however, the SCENIC DRIVE is one of the best drives I've ever taken, as the views are just A-MAZ-ING. Try to do it if you can!!
