I really enjoyed the part of the trail that led to the canyon. The views were beautiful, there were chains at one point to hold on to but it was not too scary. That part of the trail was very slippery, the rocks were often...More

Not as scenic as some other hikes, but definitely worth a visit. The first portion was one and a half miles of a steady uphill slope, a bit tedious. Then there is a portion along a cliff where you need to hang on to chains....More

We only have time to take one good hike before the sun set early in December. The Hidden Canyon is a good one, even better than the Angel's Landing due to less people. After a few switchbacks, you walk along the edge of the canyon...More

Hidden Canyon was a really great and fun hike. It starts from the shuttle stop #7 - Weeping Rock and follows East Rim Trail as it switchbacks up the mountain for the first mile. Although it's steep, there are great views of Angels Landing and...More

This is an awesome hike in Zion! It is fairly steep on the ascent, but definitely worth the work once you get up to the canyon. There were hardly any people on this trail which was awesome and you can hike in the canyon for...More

Some awesome rock scrambling here. You're almost guaranteed to see only 3-4 other people on your entire hike. This trail was one of the highlights of Utah!

If this trail were anywhere else, I would have like it more. But to me it did not compare well to other trails in Zion National Park. It's a 1 mile climb up the canyon wall, so it's a relative short but steep trail. The...More

This hike starts with a ton of switchbacks but with a great view the whole time. When we got to the chains, I had to stop as it was too scary for me. My husband went ahead while I stayed back with some other chickens....More

If you want to go past the trail and actually go into the canyon it'll probably be too difficult for a 6 year old. Some of the areas required a bit of climbing
