My daughter and I hiked this trail and to be honest once we got to the over look, we didn't want to leave. A fairly cut and dry hike ( I used my hiking poles my daughter did not) it is a great adventure ending...More

This was the first hike we did on our trip to Zion NP and even after doing some of the more famous hikes this was still one of my favorites. The Trail head/Parking is easy to miss because it's pretty much right after you exit...More

I’m not a hiker, that’s for sure! But I thought I’d give it a go... the hike has steep spots, but is worth the effort. Some tight spots that have a narrow path and a bit of a drop, but take time and away you...More

Only in Zion for a day, we finished with this walk, just before we drove away. The hike is moderate, but there are several narrow parts and places where there should be rails. Wear proper footwear, use hiking poles, carry water and dress in layers....More

Wow! What an amazing hike. The trail begins at the exit of the Mt Carmel tunnel if you are exiting from the park. It’s a shirt but moderate hike with amazing views and paths. Parents keep kids close because there are drop offs. Such a...More

I was injured in Zion so couldn't do any of the harder hikes, but this is the best short hike you'll find in the park

This was marked a Moderate level hike and that was correct as there are a few sketchy areas. A few minutes from arriving at the overlook we encountered a woman who had just fallen and turned her ankle pretty badly. My husband ran back to...More

Great hike. Not too difficult. Great views all along, and especially at the end. Saw several mountain goats along the way, some fairly close to the trail.

You cannot go past this one, the view at the end of the 20 minute hike is absolutely breath taking. Despite the short distance, it's not all easy and there are a couple of challenging parts, but the view... Go for it.

My first time here and we quickly took advantage of this trail. Being from Miami where the elevation is zero, this was a bit tough at first. But, the top was breathtaking. So peaceful and awesome! I cannot wait to return.

I think you can (but check with nps website) as shuttle's only cover the area north of that turning. Be warned parking at the overlook trail is very limited so get there early.
