This is a sad place where animals are treated very poorly and are showcased for all the gullable tourists who pay a hefty amount of money to visit. This combined with scuba diving in the dirtiest of waters was such a major disappointment. I was shocked at how the animals were being mishandled by chinese tourists.

My wife and i were very excited when we were about to reach the farm as we expected that there will be wild turtles on beaches...we totally did not mind about the lousy so-called glass bottom boat and the fee they charged us - 1mil rupiah for the whole trip...but, on the contrary, those turtles were kept in dirty man-made... Absolute disgrace!! Turtles are kept in shallow, tiled pools , nothing like their natural environment. There are two toucans from Borneo stuck in individual cages, nothing green or tropical around them, same eith the eagle and a bat???? They encourage people to go in and hold these animals....including the bat. I saw a rather large lizard stuck inside a small... More

My kids loved every minute, I get the boat wasn't a fancy huge glass bottom boat ect but we made the most of it and enjoyed the ride over and seeing/feeding the fish. Our guide was awesome! All in all we enjoyed it.

Booked with a local group who looked after us well. The snorkeling and glass bottom boat were very average as the water was cloudy and poluted. The turtle sanctuary had good intentions but needs a total revamp. Staff were friendly and informative, but kept asking for more and more "donations".

Please don't get fooled by this cheap gimmick of visiting the so called 'Turtle Island'. When we reached Nusa Dua and planned on visiting this place, we were under the impression that we will get to see the turtles on an open beach in their natural habitat. But little did we know that we will be highly disappointed by what... More
