After a very Steep walk from Adliswil station to the gondola station we needed a breather before enjoying the 5 minute ride to the top. We were lucky to have a relatively clear day to view the city, lake and valley below. Another short ten...More

After a nice ferry cruise on the Lake Zurich and a short cable car ride we arrived to Felsenegg! Amazing place far away from the city crowed and agglomeration! I’ve enjoyed the view on the lake, villages around and the Alps on background. There is...More

Most tourists seem to head to Uetliberg but we went for Felsenegg following a bloggers review that the view from there was equally as good. Of course the day we went it was snowing but it was a great day out. You can’t drive right...More

It is by far one of the most amazing experience a short 5 minute ride in cable car with snow below and the view from the cable car of the mountain is amazing. Must visit.

Awesome view but an expensive restaurant like most other in Zurich. The pork steak with herb butter was succulent. Disappointed that they don't serve the local fish from the lake.

A short train trip & a cable car was well worth the effort. A venue where some paragliding is also done. A lady on her way to the top with us had her small portable paragliding kit with her ready for her jump. The views...More

We took the S4 train to the Adliswil stop to take the aerial tramway to Felsenegg. The walk to the tram is about 10-15 min from the station and while a little hilly, should not be a problem for people who are in shape. I...More

It’s a very short ride, just 5 min and it’s not dangerous as well! By the way, in Switzerland all the cable cars are very safe and nothing wrong can happen!

If you got that far it is almost better to walk down. If memory serves me well it costs 4.50 CHF but I am not 100% sure, it is definitely over 4.00 CHF It is not too hard a walk if you follow the train track route, I call... More
