We booked this excursion through the Island Routes desk at Sandals Grande Antigua. It was a blast! Neither my wife or I had ridden a Segway before but it was way easier than we thought it would be. Great personable guides helped get us started. It was a little difficult to hear the guide through the megaphone during the tour,... More

The staff was great in helping to teach everyone how to use the Segway machines, and then taking us on a nice tour of a section of the island. We didn't spend as much time on the beaches as we thought because the tide happened to be very high, so there wasn't enough room in many places on the beach... More

We took a two hour tour with a 10 minute class on using the machines. Great experience and tour guide. Our group was met at the cruise dock. Our boat was late letting passengers off because of customs. Our guide still waited and found us a taxi. Machines were very fast and easy to maneuver. We saw old war locations... More

A fun trip that goes partway along the coastline with a short stop on the beach for picture taking. Somewhat scenic but definitely an outdoor adventure. The trip to Ol Ffort James was interesting although there is a lot of ruins that were caused by a fire. Fairly easy for first timers. A great feature is that the guides take... More

On Viking Ocean cruises and this was one of the shore excursions. My husband and I had never ridden a Segway before but it was something that we wanted to do. Video before ride was very helpful and so was the practice time before heading out on to roads. Chase car followed us and helped those who needed help. I... More

3 teenagers with mum in tow had an absolutely fantastic time on the Sweet Island Segway tour. You can be picked from port or your hotel and are taken to the Segway base to go through the safety procedure. You watch a short video before being taken out fr some practical training. Then off you go. The tour guides were... More

I love Segways, and try to ride them every time the opportunity arises. Unfortunately the stupid laws in the UK mean that this is nearly always abroad. The Antigua trip I found very professional. We were collected from our ship for the short ride to the Segway site. This was a little rough and ready but it had a loo... More

Fun to ride the Segways - great safety orientation, suitable for beginners and experienced riders. Guides were professional, able to answer questions, and liked to laugh which made for a good day. We appreciated their willingness to accommodate to our flight departure time.
