Very beautiful area, able to view the pillars up close. Water a little choppy, but beautiful. If you can, take a boat tour of the island, not too long, and worth the ride. Traveled in May of 2017.

I saw this natural wonder when doing another excursion (scooter snorkeling). We snorkeled from Galleon beach to the left point, where the pillars are on the far side not visible from the beach. We did not get to walk along them as we were in...More

It's just some rocks that have been eroded into the shapes of pillars. I wouldn't make a special journey to see them. If you see them as part of a boat trip (like we did) then fine.

We went out from Galleon Beach with our wonderful experienced guide, Bernie from Snorkeling Antigua. We did not go right up to the Pillars but close enough. The water is deeper but very clear so you can see everything including tons of fish, coral and...More

Stopped by here while on the Adventure Antigua Circumnav excursion, the rocks are amazing. Snorkeling here is so fun, there was so much to see that I thought I would miss the boat!

We stopped at the Pillars for snorkeling during a day sail down the coast. The water is clear and there is good coral and nice fish in the area. Most of the site is deep, though, so best if you like to dive down. Those...More

Easy to walk to from Galleon beach, and one of the better snorkeling/diving spots on the island. Well worth a visit to view, and well worth a dip to see the sea-life. It is better to dive than snorkel due to the depth you can...More

We did two dive trips to the pillars. Boulder like landscape that makes it very interesting. Saw sharks, rays, eels, and a ton of other marine life,

While the area is scenic, so are many of the other areas on the island. I don't think that I'd go out of my way to visit. I was diving in the area, so my focus was under water, and I can tell you it's a fine dive site.
