That this is a PADI certified shop is hard to believe. The 'p' in PADI is for 'professional' and the Diver Factory was anything but that. The crew was friendly enough but did nothing to manage the other divers who all seemed to be out-of-control. I am a rescue diver and was able to cope with the lunacy but the... More

So our most recent visit to beautiful Aruba was a short one, this time just hours...1pm til 10pm in port from a Holland America cruise ship. We had done most of the sight seeing in Aruba before, so this time we just wanted to dive Aruba once again. We have used Red Sail Sports previously on Aruba and we're not... More

Being an experienced diver I am always reluctant to go with large groups. But diving with the Diver Factory was great. First of the two boat was at the Jane n C wreck. As soon as we submerged, the strong current got hold on some of the less experienced divers and te dive master decided to go along the reef... More

I recently went out on a dive with this company and Erwin and JJ are class acts. It is nice to see the mixture of their level of professionalism as well as laid back approach when dealing with the or customers. The outing was a blast and it was nice to know that you are with true professionals 50 feet... More

We've all been to those dive operations that just go through the motions - they're there just to get you wet a couple times and then get you off their boat. Fly 'n' Dive/Diver Factory is not one of those. Erwin and Paula run The Diver Factory, which recently bought Aruba's Fly 'n' Dive shop, and the combined operation is... More

My son and I had a terrific experience with Dive Factory! Erwin, Paula, Angela, and Rob were all wonderful and made our first dive experience on Aruba very enjoyable. Service is king in my book, and the Dive Factory crew exceeded my expectations. I need not look any further for a dive service on next trip to Aruba; Dive Factory... More

Diver factory was searuba flyndive, now under new ownership. Some new staff some old staff, still very friendly and efficient. Physical plant undergoing massive improvement. Always use them when in Aruba. Enjoy experience very much. Prices reasonable, includes pickup. Highly recommend.

This was our second trip with Diver Factory team and again it was the highlight of our trip to Aruba. They were simply outstanding, very friendly, helpful and flexible. My wife had never been scuba diving, but wanted to give it a try. The DFA Aruba team said "no problem", so while the kids and I were snorkeling they had... More

Aruba has become to me and my family "a home away from home". The first visit there was in 1968 staying at the then Sheraton Hotel. I'll never forget the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel along the shore looking at the most beautiful blues of the Caribbean sea. I still get the thrill of seeing those fabulous... More
