We had two fabulous days snorkeling nearby. Lots of fish to see; sea urchins, etc. Cool waters. Quiet early and wonderful place to walk in the morning.

Use the local bus to get here, and there are toilets etc, you will need a dollar to use the loo! Snorkelling off the beach was very good. Well worth a visit.

I did a SCUBA shore dive here, bit rocky but the water is awesome (of course) though the wave action can get rather strong from time to time. Not much room around for lounging and sun worshipping.

Mrs PSM and I were driving toward the palm beach area from arashi for the first time and we past the Baboo wreck and we wondered if folks snorkeled the wreck. After our Tre Trapi swim we decided to stop and give it a look....More

If you are looking for a beach to snorkel, this is the one. We enjoyed stopping here on our excursion to snorkel. It was my favorite of the three snorkel spots. it's calm and has a ton of fish and underwater sea life to witness.

Another good place to snorkel- near Arashi Beach too. They do have a couple of huts to put your things and towel. Water shoes a plus. Very rocky with coral. I do not wear fins, so the shoes are what I go with.

Not much in the way of facilities here, but it's easy to find and there is on street parking. The snorkeling is great. The boats all stop here briefly but they come and go and you can still stay far enough away from them so...More

Great place, away from the crowds on the north side of the island. The food options nearby are limited, so plan ahead and bring a cooler with drinks/lunch to enjoy this place. Going early ensures you can secure one of the palapas (thatched roof huts/umbrellas)...More

We snorkeled here twice. There are some trees and two cabanas. So get here early if you want some shade. We packed lunch and ate on the beach. You need water shoes when you snorkel in Aruba or flippers. We prefer water shoes. There were...More

I am visiting Aruba next week 9/25 to 10/1/16 and was told there is a good bonefish flat not far from my hotel the marriotte surf club. I was wondering exactly where it is I should go. I will be doing unguided fly fishing for bonefish or any other fish that will take a fly. I heard the flat is near the Ritz hotel.

I am not into fishing but I stayed at the Ritz and did run along the coast all the way to the California Lighthouse. I saw people fishing along Hadicurari and Malmok Beach. It is about 1 to 1.5 miles north of the Ritz. If... More
How far away is this beach from the Holiday Inn Resort? Can you rent snorkels from here or do you have to bring your own?

Always have your own snorkels with you. You will have much more fun on the island cause there are at least 20 other snorkel spots where you just walk in the water from shore. And it is 5 minutes away from holiday inn by car... More
