This is a beautiful property and excellent beach. Amenities in the hotel are above average. However, we were very disappointed with the hotel management. Although we had reserved a room with 2 beds none were available. Our request for an upgrade was denied and the manager wanted us to move to another new property also owned by Hilton at our expense. We were finally promised a move to a new room after 2 days, however, none was available and the manager sent us a fruit basket.
After I returned the unopened fruit basket the manager gave us a $`125 credit for our inconvenience

My friends and I enjoyed playing at the casino and did end up winning some money (very happy about that). Waitresses are attentive. This place is small but fun to play all the slot machines.

We stayed at Hilton and I intended to gamble but they took out the craps table supposedly because of Covid and didn't bring it back.

Well...they're not really kids anymore. They went every night to play roulette and poker. My daughter learned how to play ... great experience for all.

We used to like this casino. Had good drink service, entertainment some nights. Now no entertainment, no drink service to speak of, and video poker game selection is now terrible.

Dealers will play favorites at the poker table. The manager is basically la familia so clearly one player doesn't stand a chance when it comes to casino discretion. Who knows what the X factor is, local vs non-local? The floor was asked to make a judgement call at the poker table yet he didn't. After the game broke he repeated what the dealer said.
In yet another display of un-equal treatment of guest when I became irate the preferred player began to threaten me. Not once but four times, the staff didnt say a word to him. The threats were heard by all the other players and staff yet not one word was said to the person making threats. Call it discrimination, neputism, racism... whatever you like but clearly they treat people how they feel not fairly or with respect.
Also played at the Ritz on this trip. Theres an example of how to run a casino. Not the case at the Aruba Hilton. Its not only amateur hour its clear why they only have 1 full table for 2-3 hours. Definitely WONT play poker here ever again.

There's really is no dress code anywhere, maybe some of the fancier restaurants, but you can wear anything in the casinos.
