This train is not in service, which I learned only after arriving in St George by ferry 5/8/2017. I was given conflicting information. One person said they went out of business last year due to lack of business. Another said they don't begin running until July. The walk from the ferry with a walker was very long, so by the... More

As we came off the ferry to get to the fort, we spotted this little train making its way around. We thought that, time permitting, it would be fun. As we boarded, the driver greeted us with a big smile, and teased me about paying him more than the 'free' charge for the trip. It was delightful! At each stop,... More

A good way to see the sights in St, George, Although the train doesn't stop, they give you a brief history of many of the places, You can then choose which ones you want to go back to see.

This is definately worth a go for the novelty factor. A train ride around St George. The driver was very know legible and gave a running commentary. We were taken to parts of the town you did not know existed, also some secluded beaches.

If you take the History "Train" tour/ride in St. George's, Bermuda, take note: 1) Do NOT sit behind the "engine." The noise from its (gasoline) engine will drown out 90% of the narration. Also, some of the route is on roads that are bordered by houses or high walls that echo/amplify the noise of the engine. Bottom line: it would... More

While on a Royal Caribbean cruise we were docked at Hamilton & took a bus to St. George's for the day. We took this tour and found it to be very interesting and informative. Well worth the price to get a nice overview of this part of Bermuda. We then took the ferry back to Hamilton to maximize our sightseeing... More

The town of St Georges is where we spent our ten day holiday in Bermuda while visiting a friend, this cute little town is simply gorgeous! If you want to see what's on postcards, this is it! It's quaint historical buildings are fascinating, and the train was such a sweet way to spend an hour, it goes through all the... More

Happened upon this wonderful tour train after getting off the ferry. Well worth the fare. An informative tour of a special place. Especially nice because of the hilly terrain and zooming scooters. Would do again!

When we alit the ferry at St. George's I hoped to find this tour train and it was right around the corner. I had read where it was a good way to see the town. We saw everything of interest during our 45 minute ride. That included a fort, a beach, the unfinished church, an old cemetery, King's square etc.... More

We had the pleasure of meeting the trolley and driver one the pier in St George's. They applied a Senior Discount to our tickets, waited for several other couples to join us and off we went. The driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable and tookus by the places we wanted to see and others. As it was our first trip to... More
