I love this spot - the views from the top are amazing. The beach is small but never crowded. Popular with snorkelers. FYI - no amenities or life guards.

From Horseshoe Bay we went by public bus to church bay. There is a short walk down stairs to the beach. There are no change rooms or services here. But there are many fish to see without going out far at all. Our family enjoyed them with goggles only, although a snorkel would've been nice. You can easily get by... More

Happened upon this beach while out walking. Small but stunning. Young man there catching fish. Apparently very good for snorkeling.

Great location for snorkelling, although each time we visited the waves were strong, would recommend taking fins/flippers. Much quieter than Horseshoe Bay as not many tourists know about this location.

But be careful, water can be treacherous . It will take you in, rough waters. But spectacular! We rented scooters to be able to go to a lot of the areas sights.

This spit has great fish and small reefs. The Parrott fish are brilliantly colorful. And there are many other species here. There can be a strong undertow if it is choppy.

There are ALOT of stairs and a hill to get to them. You have to be able to walk a bit but it Is worth it especially in the summer!!! To Snorkel it (with your back to the cliffs) Start by going along the rocks on the left to the end then around the bend just a little. Then go... More

We stayed at a nearby hotel, Fairmont Southampton, and took the bus from our hotel to Church Bay beach. It was a quick 15 minute ride. The church is secluded below, down some wooden steps, amongst large volcanic rocks, cacti, shrubs, and a small shoreline. The purpose of visiting this beach is surely for snorkeling and exploring the rocks and... More

A very relaxing quiet beach. It isn't very big, but we liked the privacy. We were the only ones there. We stayed and watched the sun set.
