One the the islands biggest and oldest national parks. Very family friendly, and just on the outskirts of the capital for a quick get away from the hustle and bustle.

Visited last week and it was a pleasant way to spend an hour just walking around without the hustle and bustle of the town. Information boards are good if a little repetitive. As with most sites needs constant attention or it will quickly deteriorate. Baobab...More

A green space in the heart of Bridgetown but given it's on a tropical paradise of an island, is a bit dissapointing.

Huge very old baobab. Interesting story. Near the stadium. No recreated places. But photos are great. If you have a little bit free time - go and see it. It's really wow tree.

This Park is more like an estate in the middle of Bridgetown, reached along Constitution Road, and includes the former residence of the Commander for the West Indies of the British Garrison. As such it is imposing in the British Imperial tradition, with whitewashed buildings,...More

Nothing remarkable about this park, notwithstanding that parks are always nice in a busy town, except for the 1000 year old baobab. How this non-native tree happened to arrive in Barbados and grow there is explained on the plate. Imagine a West African seed braving...More
