We stayed at the Beach View which is across the street from the beach at Paynes Bay. This beach is used by both locals and tourists and has a fish market located on it. We walked the beach nearly every day but did not do...More

A quiet beach when we visited on several occasions, but it was still possible to rent a jet ski. The beach is rocky with sharp edges, and sea urchins, so some sort of footwear is recommended.

Lovely sand and warm blue sea; great for walking along and taking in the views; very safe and clean.

I give this rating for the beach itself and opportunity to see Turtles for free. For that I give it a 4. But if I judged it based on the locals, it would be low. The Locals run a scam. The taxi will drop you...More

The beach sits right next to a restaurant called The Cliff where I ate. This beach has one of the best, unobstructed sunsets on the island. Spend an entire afternoon here.

Accidentally clicked on Kangaroo Queens 'helpful' button and can't de-click it! This review is totally wrong. Been coming here for 15 years and there is loads of fish and turtles. Yes, the coast is overbuilt, but no, it is not ruined by the building. It...More

got the bus to the fish market and walked back along this sandy beach. Lots of activity on the water and plenty of fish to see when snorkeling. Recommended .

I can't comment on the hotel as we did a vacation rental south of where you're staying. If I remember correctly, that hotel is just outside of Holetown, and there's plenty of restaurants and cafes that offer Wi-Fi in that... More
