This is a great little place to see chocolate related objects and to enjoy a cup of hot liquid chocolate with some home made chocolate truffles as an accompaniment. Prices are really good too.

Don't be fooled by the name. It's not a museum, it's just a chocolate cafe. When we were there, half the items on the menu were unavailable and to be honest, the chocolate was disappointing. However, it's air-conditioned, and a nice change from the local fare and especially if you have kids. Get the frozen chocolate drink for $1 and... More

I had heard about this Chocolate shop from people in Cuban and a Cuban American friend. When we stopped there, the line was insane! Once we finally got inside, they only had about five chocolates to choose from - all the others were sold out. They also didn't have any boxes of chocolate to buy...this appeared to be the norm.... Located in the old Havana, near to all other attractions. Very nice of hot chocolate with sprinkle of cardamom. Good price. Prepare to have long queue in front of the door..

This place is a gem for a chocolate fix. it has a small takeout place and very good high quality chocolate and is ALWAYS busy There is little cafe for hot chocolate and is an excellent choice for a midday break for a snack. Expensive by cuban standards but cheap by american standards for Godiva quality (actually better)

They had me with the $1 chocolate milkshake -- the shake itself is not huge by American standards but sure is DEE-licious. The only issue can be the line to get in but is so worth it!!

We can't travel without trying the local chocolate. Here we tried delicious coffee and rum dark chocolate pieces, and left with a couple of bars to bring home. In a good location, a nice stop for a delicious snack while walking around Havana. Definitely more of a shop than a museum.
