Made this stop on a excursion we took. Very small little operation. Interesting stop. Learn about the history of the island and orange trees. Jewish ingenuity. Try out a couple taste tests. Also make “air conditioning” in a bottle. Check it out!

This short tour was good. Brief history then actual production ending in a tasting. This is worth the $12.50.

I was excited to see the old plantation and the distillery. We didn't actually see the making of the liquor, however the building was interesting, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the tasting was good.
