This library is housed in beautiful old building, and is run by helpful efficient staff. It is the perfect place to relax and soak up historical Roseau.

The public library is on a great position next to the Fort Young Hotel It is an old style wooden building with a wrap around veranda overlooking the sea , it is beautifully cool and airy .
