Very small room downstairs and little upstairs, just not a whole lot to see. Wouldn't go out of my way for it unless you are a Ponce De Leon fanatic.

My group and I decided to stop by this place on our way to Boca de Yuma and were pleasantly surprised. The guide only charged us 50 pesos per person and was very into his job. He embued his talk with some genuine passion for the story on Ponce de Leon and gave a good explanations in English and Spanish for our mixed crowed. His English wasn't the greatest, but vety much understandable. The best part was that we got to enjoy the small town it's located in afterwards and get accepted by the locals as if we were part of the community. Very friendly little village.

I was excited to go see this. It was like stepping back in time. The house has been restored and is in very good condition. All the artifacts, furniture, and decorations were interesting. We went on a Sunday and were the only ones there. It puts me in awe to walk in the footsteps of explorers from 500 years ago. There were 3 adults and 2 children. We were only asked to pay $10 total, but we gave Harry a tip for putting up with our poorly spoken Spanish.

If you are interested in history of the conquest of the Americas, this place is for you! The house has been restored but has original furniture belonging to Ponce de Leon. It is the setting that was amazing, it is out in the country and you can almost feel the past here The price seems to change on how much money the guide feels like anywhere from 100 pesos to 200
