Nice place to walk through, with pretty views. We actually had a guide walk us through and tell us the history ( but totally unnecessary )

A translator?? met me at the entrance and I gave in. Was glad I did. He did not speak much English but I speak a little Spanish and he really tried to explain. Very nice views...right on the river. Worth seeing.
Old Spanish fort that guarded the mouth of the river. Was occupied for a long history, and there are some great things to see and experience.

Very inexpensive but impressive as you discover how significant this fort was to the course of history. Hearing about how Sir France Drake conquered the Spanish fort for the English in the early 1500's is a great story.
