Both times I was there I rented water shoes. You should have shoes to hike uo there unless you go barefoot ALL the time and yiur feet are tough. The falls are great fun.

We are in peurto plate currently but are confused as to which company to use for the tour. This page looks a good one with a little animal attraction included. Please advise.

I've used a few different companies and the all seemed the same. I even once just took a Taxi up there and that was a lot of fun.
