Three Jesus loving friends with more than 30 years of experience, got together to share their Stoke and all the benefits that Surfing gave them through their life; teaching kids from 4 to 76 years old to Surf, to respect the ocean and nature in general. We are in one of the most beautiful and undeveloped beaches of the Dominican Republic, on the Punta Cana area: Macao Beach, a localism free beach where everybody is welcome, with six different breaks and one of the safest beaches to learn how to surf, and yet exciting enough for experienced surfers.

Literally making dreams come true, specially for those that dreamed all their life about riding waves, for those that want to make Surfing their main sports activity, and also for those that just want to get Surfing out of their "bucket list". Surf Shack with showers and lockers.

We did a two-hour surf lesson as a Thomas Cook excursion from our hotel. We were picked up from our hotel by Gustavo and he gave us on-land instruction before the assistant instructors took us into the water. I had never done surfing before so I expected just to be paddling around for two hours but the guys set you... More

My 11 year old son & 14 year old daughter had the best time ever !!! They did private surfing lessons at the Macao Surf Camp. They loved it so much they wanted to do it again before we left Punta Cana but unfortunately we could not fit it in :( They provide everything you need, even rash guard shirts!... More

We were staying at an all inclusive resort that we hated, so we ventured out to Macao. Absolutely worth it. The beach is beautiful, the surf camp was professionally run and the food was the best. Ask for the owner Rafaele. He is honest and the prices were more than fair. Loved it!!!!

Our family of 6 (kids ages 11 to 18) had a great time with Rafael and the Guys. My wife and I had been surfing here in 2014 on an adults vacation, but decided it would be a great experience for the kids as well. Rafael did not disappoint. Engaging, with some great advice for the kids too! We were... More

Macao Surf Camp at Macao beach is just fabulous. Aside from the beautiful location, if you want to learn how to surf, this is one place where you can go and get some great insight. Rafael who is one of the owners was fantastic. He was telling me that in addition to the three owners, they employ 16 boys who... More

My wife and I were staying in Punta Cana for our honeymoon and wanted to learn to surf while here. We were recommended to go to Macao Surf Camp by our excellent Zoetry Resorts butler, Bayron. We paid $115 USD per person for individual lessons for 2 hours, surf board rental, and transportation to and from Macao Beach. Our instructors,... More

My son (11) really wanted to learn how to surf so I called Macao and we were able to get in the next day. It is an old fashioned surf shack and the people are super friendly. My daughters (9 and 15) and my husband and I also did the surf lesson. We each had our own instructor and we... More

My husband and I got a private lesson, it was our first time surfing. We each had a private instructor, though one didn't speak much English, and I had a difficult time communicating with him about getting surfing tips (as to what I was doing wrong etc). My husband got a better hang of it, so we switched instructors half... More

Great business. Rafael (co-owner) is very responsive to emails and his phone. He sent a driver to our hotel. My wife took a 2-hour private lesson. Macao beach is a beautiful cove with several different spots to surf depending on conditions and experience level. One of the senior guys gave a short ground school on boards in the sand. Then...
