We had a great time at Mayfield Falls. We did not want to take the 3-hour drive each way to Dunn's River. The falls were so much fun more than I expected then they served you a chicken lunch it was so good. Make sure you bring water shoes otherwise you have to pay $6 to rent them don't bring... More

Most amazing day out .. Our tour guide who's name I have completely forgotten! Ian? Maybe. Was just wicked he made the Day brilliant but safe.. We absolutely loved it. He saved me a couple of times from being swept away! Great man. The falls are so beautiful a must do!

I have never experienced like this. It was absolutely incredible. Words don't do it justice. Our guide Lester did an outstanding job helping us through the river currents, rocks, and falls. If you are in Jamaica and enjoy adventure, do this! Cost: $20 at the falls $12 per meal (optional) $4 per Red Stripe (optional and in my opinion, a... More

When we booked this tour we thought it will be a hike on the ground with some stops where we will go to the water. What a surprise when we got there! It was actually a hike through the water :D. What a surprise especially when my husband cannot swim... I am really glad our tour representative did not tell... More

We decided to do this excursion based on conversations with our RCI representative at the resort. However, we booked our own transportation as it was less than half of the resort transportation cost. We stayed in Montego Bay, so our one-way trip was about 1 1/2 up through the countryside. The views of how the local Jamaican people live and... More

This was unlike any falls tour we've ever taken. Instead of just hiking to the falls and then getting in to swim you actually hike up through the falls! It's physically challenging but so worth the effort. The guides grew up in the area and know the water like the back of their hands. Wear sturdy water shoes because the... More

This is one of the many HIDDEN secrets of Jamaica. It is not listed on any literature of places to visit in Jamaica. The tour group in MOST hotels have never heard of this place. I have visited 5 times, first time in 2001, so it's been around for a long time. It is a natural River/ Falls. It's not... More

Im a pretty adventurous person but this was way out of my comfort zone, so glad I wasn't 100% aware of what I was getting into ahead of time or I might've backed out lol. For someone who cant swim and isn't very athletic, the thought of hiking through waterfalls is pretty intimidating but the tour guides wiped my fears... More

Mayfield Falls is gorgeous and a great time. It was something totally different than we expected, but it was an amazing time. You will need water shoes as you will actually climb up the falls in the water. It can be challenging, but there were 2 young kids in our group and they did it just fine. The guides are... More
