Nothing special other than close to where we were staying. It was a holiday weekend so the locals packed it. Still found us some room. Not mucky at all. Some rocks in spots but otherwise nice. Oddly though there are a lot of some sort...More

Water was clear and is a calm beach with very little to no waves. It is usually crowded since it has camping facilities. The sand is covered in tiny pine cones that get stuck on your feet.

ALL of the locals told us how beautiful and nice this beach is. First of all, the locals crowd and trash this place out like it's their back yard. They bring in huge speakers, beer, and just throw all of their trash in the sand...More

gorgeous beach not much sand from the road to the water but the beach stretches the entire length of crescent bay maybe a mile so plenty of space. the water was shallow calm and warm. There was snorkeling as well in places.

Beautiful and very calm water. Parking costs around $5 and bathrooms cost $1. Very family friendly beach with great shade. Not great for snorkeling as there wasn't much to see in the main area.
