This spot in old San Juan is full of color! Definitely get the ice cream if you can (the one outside Del Morro is best!)

Hoof it over to this end of Old San Juan. Great shops and restaurants & bars. Take the Paseo Princessa to the Red Gate, go up the hill and you are there.
A wander along this street is a must when visiting Old San Juan. Beautiful architecture, lovely shops, great atmosphere.

The Street ends with the Capilla de Cristo (Chapel) and Pigeon Park. There are outdoor restaurant seating right before the Chapel that gives a great range of food choices. Great stop to eat.
Beautiful, gorgeous, quintessential Old San Juan. Cats everywhere which are very fun to spot, cobblestone streets, lovely views of the Cathedral, El Convento, the city wall, and huge trees. Bats and cocqui at night. One of the loveliest spots I've ever been to!
This was one of my favorite areas in San Juan. I love the many restaurants and shopping places. I walked alone, at different times, and I felt completely safe.
