Came here years ago. It's under renovation. There were some rumors about closing the church but is still alive and getting better

Even though it's old it's beautiful inside. the statues are almost life size and you can feel the history behind everything that is in there. Will go again and stay longer next time.

From what you can see of it it looks like a nice old church but they aren't doing some major renovation on it. Lots of scaffolding. I think it will be a long project.

It was hit by a canon ball during a battle in the 19th century, weathered hurricanes and salt air so it needs a lot of tender... More

Historic Old San Juan, reminds of old Spanish and Portuguese towns. Terrific location for sightseeing and or course shopping. Will return to Puerto Rico.

We unfortunately missed the toombs downstairs as the Cathedrial was closed on the day we happened across it. We found this place while walking between the two forts in Old San Juan. The Ponce de Leon statue is not far away.
