This area is maintain very clean. The colorful building around the area are beautiful to see, there was church, police station and stores.

The plaza is small, but looked clean and busy. It is in front of a beautiful cathedral. There is a good coffee shop in one of the plaza corners.

Very beautiful fountain! Good secure place to relax (police presence in area). Good food, park, and University nearby.
