This little bay really is beautiful, the people are friendly especially on the beach. No motorised water sports, but the water sports place does have Kayaks and snorkelling equipment, Great walk on the beach side up to the top of the hill, the views are fantastic.

We were on a tour of half the island for two people and as I am disabled we stopped above Marigot Bay to take photos. It was a beautiful spot. Our driver IAN from PVH tours took excellent camera shots for me, and I would have liked to have driven through the small town, but unfortunately tempus fugit. Hopefully another... More

Over our stay in St. Lucia, we learned that Marigot Bay was the most beautiful site on the ocean. In addition, it is easy to stay here and walk to the ferry that takes you across the bay to kayaking, beach, and restaurants. We absolutely loved the mix of nature and nurture.

The view of Marigot Bay from a boat or from above is amazing. We stayed in Marigot Bay and the area has a lot of good restaurants. The only thing we did not like is the beach is very small and has bottle caps on it. There are also people pestering you to buy stuff from them. The view of... More

A quiet semi secluded bay with gorgeous surroundings. The waters here are clear and calm making ideal for swimming activities. As you enter the bay from the west a small village is located on the south side with small grocery store, bakery cafe. At the dock you can catch the water taxi to take you across to the north side... This is a very picturesque bay. We were fortunate to see the bay from our land tour with a view from above as well as from the sea on the way back from our sea tour. So pretty.

Marigot is such a calm and scenic place. Very relaxed and locals more northern on the island will even tell you that. It does feel a bit secluded but if you can take three nights here to unwind, have a meal or two at Capella and do a tour with Captain Denver of Shashamane!

We took a taxi from Castries and went to a lookout spot to view Marigot Bay. This is the place that Dr Doolittle (the original) was filmed and is a stunning location nestled in the St Lucia coastline. The only downside was the locals who tried to give you a bird made from palm leaves in exchange for "money to... More

Visited today for just a short while for us to gat a boat back to Castries. I have rated Four only because we never had time for a proper look around. The area seems very popular with day trippers wanting to visit the lovely sandy beaches and there were plenty of places to eat.

It's nice just to sit down at one of the cafes along the waterfront, order a cold Piton beer and soak up the view and the atmosphere of this pretty little harbour. You can get some great photos too.
