We have been to DFH twice to do the coastal kayak adventure and it has been brilliant both times. They are so safety conscience but don't think that will spoil the fun, it doesn't. The equipment is first rate and the guide very good. They check you out first and then happy to proceed at your pace. A great day... More

My wife and I kayaked with DFH while in St. Lucia. Andre picked us up at our resort on time and, after picking his business partner (wife) up, we proceeded to Marigot Bay. Marlin, our guide, was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent guide. We kayaked along the coast with amazing views. Marlin taught us how to land on a beach... More

My husband, teenage son and I went coastal and river kayaking with Andre last year, and were so impressed that we returned to do the trip again. We booked in resort (St James's Club, Morgan Bay) and were collected and driven to Marigot Bay to set out around the coast. As the only 3 people on the trip, and because... More

I was with a group of six people that took part in the kayaking/snorkeling trip out of Marigot Bay. Most of us had not snorkeled or kayaked before and the crew knew this and took good care to make sure that we were set before entering the water. We were lucky to have Terry as our snorkel and kayaking guide--this... More

Had a great local guide, and went with another couple in a pair of double kayaks. Would recommend doubles for couples, especially if one is less confident in kayaking. Can be a bit choppy in the sea portion, could be scary for a novice, but the river part was lovely and nice seeing the local birdlife.

The only part of the kayaking that was coastal was when we left/returned Marigot Bay and then when we got to/leaving Anse Cochon. Only one of the two double kayak was offered a ride back by boat. We are active and felt in condition for this excursion. The amount of water we were taking on inside our kayak due to... More

Logistics is a challenge. Did this off a ship, but get to port and they're not there. The info agent has to call them to come, we we have to wait around there. Drive off and half way there we have to get off the van and switch to another van. Get to the bay and after waiting awhile they... More

DFH great kayaking for beginners (like us). We were 2 couples - from cruise ship - waited at designated desk as requested by DFH. Our driver arrived and was friendly and personable. We hopped in a small van and it was a 20 min ride and boat shuttle to the kayak start point for DFH. All the staff were nice... More

My wife and I (late 20's) did this tour while were in St Lucia on a cruise. The tour itself was enjoyable but there were some bumps along the way. The directions for meeting the tour indicated we should go the information desk and ask for DFH tours. Unfortunately, the info desk in the cruise terminal isn't manned and it... More

My husband and I took the kayaking trip from Marigot Bay to Anse de Cochon. We started out with a bigger group around the coast, then into a river, then the rest of the group departed for snorkeling. A guide took the two of us to Anse de Cochon. The trip along the coast was breathtaking and a wonderful way... More
