Took the boys who are certified and the parents who snorkel out for the day. The boys had two good dives, Curtis and Papa Smurf were great. We had a great time snorkelling and there was plenty to see underwater. Also got a great history lesson from Papa Smurf.

Curtis & "Papa Smurf" will give you and excellent experience. We did two dives. the first. with "Papa Smurf", was filled with underwater flora and marine life. The second was on the wreck "Lesleen M'. Curtis did a wonderful job of touring the wreck, and pointing out marine life. Saw an extremely large Puffer, and a large Lion fish. GREAT... More

Took two fabulous dives with Charlie (aka Papa Smurf) and Curtis John during a stopover in St. Lucia. Coincidentally, we dove with them just one year ago as well, both times while passengers on a small cruise line, Wind Star. They took excellent care of the divers, of various skill levels, and ensured everyone had a successful and enjoyable dive.... More

Papa Smurf and Curtis were fantastic. Their knowledge and guidance made us feel very comfortable with our dives. They were both eager to help us locate and identify the marine life on our dives. The water was so clear, this was a great dive trip!

Curtis John and Papa Smurf were fabulous. Both our dives were with Papa Smurf. He was so knowledgeable and pointed out many things of interest. Our second dive was the Drift Dive aka Superman. Absolutely, THE most fun we have ever had diving. Highly Recommend this company, cannot wait to return to St. Lucia. Would love to host these two... More

Like others, we were booked with Iyanola through Coconut Bay Resort. After the pretty but tiring winding drive to Soufriere, we dove two marine reserve sites with Curtis John and Charlie (Papa Smurf) from a smaller boat (launch style V-hull outboard) with about 11 total divers/snorkelers. The first was at Anse Chastanet, where we had snorkeled a couple days earlier.... More

Booked a beginners dive through our hotel at Coconut Bay for myself and 14 year old son. Driven to Soufriere where we were met by Curtis John & Papa Smurf on their small dive boat and taken to Anse Chastanet, where we moored close to the beach. As beginners we had a briefing on the boat initially which was very... More

This was my first time using Iyanola and I was pleasantly surprised. I was the the only diver coming in on a cruise ship and Curtis came and picked me up and dropped me off, just as he had promised. Charlie dove with me as Curtis dove with 5 student divers. Charlie's pre-dive briefing was excellent. This combined with his... More

I have about 60 dives under my weight belt, mostly booked privately, not from cruise ships. Some have been good, some not so good, but none perfect (until these two). Iyanola operates the dive excursion for the cruise ship Carnival Liberty, but I avoid cruise ship dives because of several severe disappointments I've had. But when my privately booked dive... More

Diving at the base of the Pitons, and especially diving with Curtis and Papa Smurf from Iyanola Dive Adventures was outstanding!!!! I've been on 150+ cruise ship dives across the last 30 years and this is one of the best ever. Curtis takes time to review everything you might see on the dive and was extremely patient with the novice... More
