Everyone goes to the Guavaberry Emporium, because they've got the big advertising budget and look less fly-by-night, but in this particular case, that is really what you want - flavored rums that taste like they were made by a *person*, not by a *company*. The base rum used here felt far smoother than Guavaberry's, and the flavors far less artificial.... More

Started out as a small local rum place. Ron is made by hand with different kinds of fruits in each bottle. Bottles of that hand painted and some have a little score on the bottle cap Perfect gift to bring home. Always stop here when I'm in the island.

We went to St. Maarten again and was sure to go to Ma Doudou again! The shop was as charming as we remembered and we left with more extracts and their wonderful flavors. We recommend this shop!!

After reading reviews, I just had to check out this place. The Banana Vanilla rum tastes like candy, had to buy a big bottle. The woman even sold me on a bottle of vanilla extract and a jar of coco caramel jam....deelish!!!

Nice small shop full of flavours. We focused their Punch au Rhums, thought they have really interesting other products, too. Lady on duty was really generous on tasting and eagerly told about their products. Well, not that cheap but really interesting and worth carrying 5000miles to home.

This review is about their jams and sauces as we don't drink alcohol. Their jams are amazing. The banana jam is so good! Don't miss this place!

Before I start my review, I will say, the Coconut Rum is awesome and the bottles are fun. BUT, My husband and I went to Ma Doudou's store in November. We were so excited to find the store as it is not easy to find. I could not wait to buy the "Rhum" for the Beach & to take back... More

Read about Ma Doudou on Trip Advisor and decided it was a must on our cruise trip to St Maarten. We used the directions from this site and along the way found a wonderful ice cream vendor located at the corner of the alley way. We tasted several rums and bought Coconut and the Banana Vanilla along with several bottles... More

We specifically came to this store after sampling the banana vanilla rum on Orient Beach at a restaurant and knew we needed to get some to take home. It was delicious!
