The Office de Tourisme is a beautiful building in Marigot. Visitors are greeted by the colourful interior. It is worth a visit not only for tourism information. Minor negative point: They seemed a bit overstrained by some simple tourist things I asked for (helping with booking a tour they even advertised in the office / giving back small change for... More

.... nice building but don't expect the staff to be overly engaging. My wife asked for a map and without even looking up she was offered one without a word being spoken. Brilliantly efficient and fantastically rude at the same time - there can't be a local tax on politeness as everyone else in Marigot was super friendly.

We got maps which were good enough to tour whole island. Also told routes to go by minibus - and places where taxi or rented car is needed. Honest opinions about traffic (when thinking about walking, riding bicycle or renting scooter) and reliable price information.

This tourist office was on our way from the hotel to the Marina in Marigot. We stopped by several times for questions and we were always welcomed and given great information. Make sure you stop by and pick up some brochures an meet the people who work there.

Went in asking for information about car rentals, bus use, etc. They were very nice, Gave us all the details and prices. Even wrote all on a map and sent us on our way. Very welcoming.

Just a brief visit asking for directions and we receive a MUCH better map than the car rental or any other place had. That's all we wanted so it was a quick stop that saved us a lot of time.

The staff here were more helpful for us in pointing out key sites but also in giving advice. We were hoping to climb to the fort but they advised us that it would be best done around 8am & not in the heat of the day. The office is a bit hard to find as we started at the market,... More

Went here twice and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me plan my trips to Phillipsburg and Grand Case and advised me of the state of the Orient strike.
