Great out of the way island to spend a day. Wear water shoes and take the trail around the island. There are beautiful views and loads of hermit crabs and birds to watch. Great Sandy beach to hang out at as well.

Sandy Cay is a small island on the way in or out from Jost Van Dyke. If you approach a little bit you'll realize that the place is not to be missed. Is a 2 hours stop, the most, but completely worth it. Go and...More

Sandy Cay is a great place to stop for a little snorkelling and a picnic. It has a beautiful beach and palm trees.

Unspoiled beaches, and beautiful cliff side vistas await you at this little gem in the Virgin Islands. It is only accessible by boat, and during the season it gets crowded fast. Make sure you do the short hike through the jungle, where you'll see all...More

It's beautiful with one Palm Tree with it's sandy shore with shells lining its beach. From a distance you can't imagine an island until you get closer. Don't be fooled - from the boat it's a bit of a swim with current. Enjoy the beauty!

Went there as part of our Tortola Beaches tour with St Thomas Boar Rental. Out of the way secluded and not crowded beach in Tortola, crystal clear turquoise waters and white sandy beach. Recomended.👍

We went to Sandy Cay on our last visit to the BVI. If you look for a natural habitat place to visit without the busy tourist this is the beach to go. You have to bring everything but is worth the visit. White powder sand,...More

We came here today with Good Day charters, and had an unreal time! It was so cool to find a place like this in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. We spent a good deal of time here snorkeling, swimming, and really just enjoying...More
