Centrally located on Tortola's north side, this is probably the busiest beach since its beauty is often compared to Magen's Bay on St. Thomas.

Have been to Tortola many times and have always headed to Cane Garden Bay. Not the biggest beach but beautiful non the less the sand is soft and white and crystal blue sea that's safe. I love the wee bars that are dotted all along this beach and food too. This year we did a 'local tour of the island'... More

Warm clear water that you have to experience yourself, restaurants, bars early and late opening. just fun in the sun. Experience moonlight on the quiet waters while sipping a local made punch or dinner with family/friends or just listening to sounds of live bands or local artist. You will be coming back for more! I PROMISE!!

Lovely spot and usually sheltered and sunny, for swimming or catching a few rays. A variety of beach bars and restaurants so there is plenty of choice for drinks and food. Can be crowded when the cruise ships are in but in the late afternoon they are gone.

Load at night. Not even music. Just noise one bar fighting over the next one for attention. Water a litte dirty

Cane Garden Bay is truly a slice of paradise. A gorgeous long crescent of beautiful sand and crystal clear water. Exactly what you think of when you think of a Caribbean beach. So beautiful. Perfect sunsets too. We immediately gave up any hope of exploring Tortola after arriving here. No need to leave such perfection. This is also quite away... More

The journey to this location is exciting in itself if you take one of the local taxi's - many hairpin bends, steep climbs and descents. Well worth the effort though to spend the day in such a beautiful location. There are many bars and places to eat - most providing free wifi and sun loungers to their customers

This is a nice, typical Caribbean beach with decent facilities, golden sand, palm trees, clear blue water and so on! It can get busy though, as it's not a well kept secret! Brewer's Bay, which is the next beach along the coast, is quieter and has some reasonable snorkelling around its rocks. Getting a taxi from Road Town is an... More

We absolutely love this beach. Been 3 times now and are still amazed when the pelicans dive into the water next to you fishing. We took the trip from our cruise ship. If you visit Tortola this is the beach to go to no doubt. Lots of nice little bars and restaurants as well.

Cane Garden Bay Beach is a small crescent shaped beach with an incredible view, buoyed on both sides by forested hills dotted by homes. Looking straight out from the beach is a smaller island, Sandy Cay, and Jost Van Dyke behind it, in the distance beyond at least half a dozen anchored sailboats. And with island tiki-music providing the perfect... More
