We have four full-service scuba centers, two on Tortola, and one each on Cooper Island and Norman Island. This fits that bill. Again book through the excursions desk. It may cost 10-20% more than directly booking with this vendor, but it will allow for itinerary changes and transport to and from the vendor.
I have a group (all experienced divers) that are looking to dive end of June for 5 days. Where are most people who dive with you staying?
