Our family recently visited Camana Bay during spring break in search for a book store. Book and Books is a beautiful book store, definitely worth visit. Very kids friendly. We also "hiked" up to the observation tower. The tile and art work are impressive. The architecture of the twin stairs is beautifully done. Cabana Bay definitely has more trendy and... More

You can tell Camana Bay has had a facelift. We liked all the stores and came back twice. Good grocery store for those staying at a resort.

I am a food lover on a tight budget, so I usually choose one food-related activity per trip on which to splurge. I was excited to find the Camana Bay Flavour Tour, a walking tour that goes to several different restaurants in Camana Bay (and a wine shop), sampling all the way. It was very reasonably priced, especially considering the... More

We travelled to Camana Bay on the ferry from Kaibo and had a very enjoyable trip. There are some good shops and restaurants and it is a very pleasant area, if fairly small.

My husband and I visited the island for our honeymoon. We love trying new local foods, which is why we thought the Flavour Tour (West Indies Wine Co) would be a great idea. The food and drinks were delicious, but they were not local - we had risotto, Asian stir fry, key lime pie, etc. All four stops on the... More

Kids tired of the beach? The fountains make a nice change and can provide lots of fun. Don't forget the sunscreen, but the adults will find plenty of seats under palm tree shade.

Upscale and growing over several years (a decade or so perhaps). We enjoyed a small "farmers market" on Wednesday past. It was not very busy at all. We did enjoy the lovely scenery and sitting to watch families & couples strolling too. Books & Books was my personal highlight of the visit; wide variety of new books. The bathroom facilities... This was a huge disappointement. From the pictures it looked like a great shopping destination. It was not! There are a few very high end shops (Lilly Pulitzer, expensive sunglass place, expensive beach wear place) but nothing that was unique or local goods. The best part of it is the bookstore/coffeeshop. Also the lookout tower is worth going up and... More

We took a trip to the Camana Bay to visit the De Sunglass Man to get a pair of Maui Jim's fixed. We received excellent service and got the sunglasses fixed. We also were presently surprised with the nice shopping and upscale restaurants!
