Bats, not so much. And there were lots of them in here. As long as you leave them alone, they stay put. An interesting cave. Outside is interesting too. Good photo op.

I would not spend my time stopping at this cave. There are so many other cool caves to explore. Spend you time at the great cave instead.

Purchased a 2 hour island tour from a local cab driver. The tour included Skull Cave. The cave is easily accessible and provides many photo ops while standing in the "eye, nose, or mouth" openings while someone takes the pictures from the outside on the...More

It's a small cave with Jamaican fruit bats roosting in there. Very interesting, but quick walk through. Doesn't take long. If afraid of bats, skip it.

This is a must see! Wear good footwear and bring your camera. It's not scary, simply fun to explore the skull cave on the bluff!

We went to several of the caves in cayman brac last week of the year. I loved Skull Cave because if you go into the smaller chamber the entire top of the cave is full of bats. Very cool. The only sad part is that...More

Named for the outside view...looks like a skull with hollow eyes and nose. It's was one of four caves we visited. Very cool. Very Easy access. Has the most bats. Interesting "rooms".

We stopped here in a whim after driving around the island. Really cool cave. We woke up a few bats with our flashlights and got some great pictures from inside. Would definitely check out.
