Its not like you have to go out of your way to see this memorial. It is a Victorian styled clock tower in the area called 'The Circus', right in the centre of Basseterre, the capital of St Kitts. It is a bit of England...More

In the middle of a turnaround circle in a busy part of town stands thss memorial. With a red British phone booth across the street it is like being in England.

A nice colonial memorial in the centre of Basseterre, not worth going out of your way for but you'll come across it if visiting Basseterre.

There is some impressive Victorian and Georgian architecture to see around the Berkley Memorial Clock Tower which is in the middle of a junction in Basseterre. Blink and you will miss this caribbean piccadily circus!
